Once a garment leaves our premises following completion, it is considered accepted unless otherwise documented.

6. Garment Risk & Liability

While we take great care in handling garments, alterations involve inherent risks, especially with delicate, vintage, embellished, or previously altered items.

Anna’s Alterations is not liable for:

• Fabric weakness, wear, or pre-existing damage
• Shrinkage or color changes in delicate fabrics
• Manufacturer defects
• Damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer

Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the alteration service performed.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidance only. Rush services may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
